1. At Petite Vagabonde, we believe that free shipping is an added benefit we can offer our customers, allowing them to purchase our handmade jewelry without worrying about shipping costs. To ease your financial burden, we offer free standard shipping on all orders of [amount] or more. :

  • €40 in European Union countries
  • €50 in the rest of the world

2Since the jewelry is handmade and made to order, please allow 2-4 business days for production (depending on the piece/model) before your order is shipped. Once your order is dropped off at a post office, its delivery time will vary depending on factors such as address, city, and country. Here is an estimate based on your geographic location. :

  • France Manufacturing time + 1 to 4 days for delivery
  • Europe Manufacturing time + 1 to 2 weeks for delivery
  • United Kingdom/Eastern Europe Manufacturing time + 1 to 3 weeks for delivery
  • North America/Canada Manufacturing time + 1 to 3 weeks for delivery
  • Rest of the world Manufacturing time + 2 to 5 weeks for delivery

Delivery times are estimates based on average postal service delivery times and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, customs inspections, inclement weather, health crises, geopolitical conflicts/restrictions, etc.

3. Please note that if you are ordering from outside the European Union, your order (although very rarely) may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are entirely the buyer's responsibility. These charges may vary depending on each country's customs policies and are beyond our control. Please check local laws and regulations before placing your order.

4. Please double-check the information before confirming your order and provide a precise and complete delivery address when placing it. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Please also note that in the event of a return due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping costs.

5. Packaging We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and use minimalist packaging for our jewelry. When you receive your order, you will find the jewelry in its plastic wrapping along with a velvet pouch. If you need additional pouches, please contact us and we will be happy to provide them (otherwise, only one pouch will be included with your jewelry).

6. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery online.
