Return and refund policy

At Petite Vagabonde, we pride ourselves on the quality and uniqueness of our handmade jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not perfectly meet your expectations. That's why we have implemented a simple and transparent return and refund policy.

1. Right of withdrawal You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return a product.

2. Return conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

3. Ineligible items upon return/refund

Here is the list of non-models eligible upon return/refund: Necklaces/bracelets with initials as well as the following necklaces/bracelets: Alina, Briseis, Camina And Iris.

4. Return costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Reimbursement Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

7. Sale items Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
