Return and Refund Policy

At Petite Vagabonde, we are proud of the quality and uniqueness of our handmade jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes a product will not completely meet your expectations. This is why we have implemented a simple and transparent returns and refund policy.

1. Withdrawal period You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return a product.

2. Return conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Items not eligible for return/refund

Here is the list of models not eligible for return/refund: Necklaces/bracelets with initials as well as the following necklaces/bracelets: Alina, Briseis, Camina and Iris.

4. Return costs Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part during shipping. We recommend using a tracking service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost during return.

5. Refund Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If your return is approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like another item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

7. Sale items Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
