VIII Right of withdrawal and returns

Please note that this does not include normal wear and tear or improper use by the user. The warranty does not cover jewelry damaged by improper use or mishandling. Damage caused by incorrect use, rough handling, or exposure to chemicals or water (see our section " Interview »), or other intentional damages are not covered by the warranty.

The guarantee also does not cover jewelry that has been altered or modified by a third party.Any alterations to the jewelry, including the removal of stones, resizing, or replacement of parts, void the warranty.

If you notice a manufacturing or material defect within 6 months of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving the issue. We can offer a free replacement or repair.

Please note that repairs and replacements are at our discretion. If we determine that the jewelry has been damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear, we will not be able to replace or repair the product free of charge. We may offer a paid repair or replacement.
