Guarantees
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their experience and support them beyond their purchase with a 180-day guarantee (from the date of delivery) on all our items, covering manufacturing and material defects.
Please note that this does not include normal wear and tear or improper use by the user. The warranty does not cover jewelry damaged by improper use or mishandling. Damage caused by incorrect use, rough handling, or exposure to chemicals or water (see our section " Interview "), or other intentional damages are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty also does not cover jewelry that has been altered or modified by a third party. Modifications to the jewelry, including the removal of stones, resizing, or replacement of parts, void the warranty.
If you notice a manufacturing or material defect within 6 months of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving the issue. We can offer a free replacement or repair.
Please note that repairs and replacements are at our discretion. If we determine that the jewelry has been damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear, we will not be able to replace or repair the product free of charge. We may offer a paid repair or replacement.
